Refund policy

If you believe your product or order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Support@SessoWoman.com. Our manufacturers and shipping partners adhere to strict quality standards, and we are committed to providing the best products possible. However, due to the intimate nature of our devices, we do not accept returns for the same.

If you would like to request a return for our other products, please contact our team at Support@SessoWoman.com to begin the process. Please do not ship your return without first speaking to a member of our team, as we need to confirm the correct destination and we must be able to trace the package.  All product returns may be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging, with the plastic wrap and/or tamper seals intact, to be accepted as returns. A photograph may be requested for proof of condition.

Purchases made directly from www.SessoWoman.com that are unopened and unused may be returned for a refund to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost and $3 processing fee.

Products that do not meet the above conditions may, at Sesso’s discretion, receive a refund in the form of a website credit which never expires. Credits are for the price of the product, and do not include shipping or shipping insurance fees.

If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
